Paul Foster, Talent Acquisition Manager for AXESS, is passing on his expertise to students on the TOPRA Regulatory Affairs MSc course in Munich on 08 February 2012. Paul is lecturing Module 10 of the MSc course, covering the Recruitment process and how to build effective teams within the Regulatory Affairs environment. This is the second year that he has lectured the MSc course, which is studied primarily by Regulatory Affairs professionals working for European Pharma companies and CROs.

Paul Foster has more than thirty years expertise within the pharmaceutical industry, working in marketing roles for major European Pharma businesses and more latterly for specialist recruitment businesses. He has focussed on the Regulatory Affairs market for the last five years and is recognised as one of the most knowledgeable and experienced recruiters within the sector.
